Because our items are personal-use, hygiene-sensitive, and handcrafted in small batches, we maintain the following return and refund guidelines to protect the safety of our customers and the integrity of our brand.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — including Yoni Steams, herbal blends, bath products, oils, washes, body care, and intimate wellness items — we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, email:

Once verified, we will issue one of the following at our discretion:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Educated Lotus is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing:

Check with neighbors or your leasing office.

Confirm the delivery address used at checkout.

File a claim directly with the carrier (USPS/UPS).
We will assist where we can, but replacements or refunds for lost/stolen packages are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not begun processing.

After processing begins, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Processing Times
If a refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear back on your original payment method.​
