Ingredients: Burdock Root, Dandelion, Root, Cinnamon, Rose Petal Powder, Cardamom, Ginger, Sage Basil, Chamomile, Red Clover, Mugwort, Juniper, Lavender, Lotus Leaf. Energy charged
Directions: Add 5ml/1 teaspoon to the basin or Sitz Bath. Pour in enough hot water so that it is safely 2 inches from touching your skin when sitting. Let steep for 2 - 5 minutes and sit over the basin until the water is cool. Use within 2 years of purchase.
